Definitions
Seller means Peak Leisure a trading name of Peter Lodge Interiors Ltd (14 Dew Pond Lane, Tongue Lane Industrial Estate, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 7LF UK) and the company's web site www.peakleisuredirect.co.uk.
Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.
1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Peak Leisure, to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
2. PRICE
2.1 All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE) (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
2.2 All prices are inclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payments must be made in British Sterling unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods

4. PASSING OF PROPERTY
Peak Leisure shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received
5. PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 6.1 below.
6. DELIVERY
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR UK MAINLAND
We give FREE DELIVERY on orders over £79.00.
We charge a flat rate of £6.95 on all orders under the value of £79.00. These charges are for UK MAINLAND ONLY.
This service is our standard delivery rate with most orders being delivered within 5-7 working days, (this may vary depending on stock availability, you will be contacted by email or telephone if delivery is expected to take longer).
EXPRESS DELIVERY 24HRS
We charge £9.99 for our 24hr Express Service UK MAINLAND ONLY. We must receive orders before 12 NOON so we can despatch that day. This service is not available to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands
NORTHERN IRELAND & SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS
We charge £19.99 for our standard delivery service, with most orders being delivered within 5-7 working days. (this may vary depending on stock availability, you will be contacted by email or telephone if delivery is expected to take longer).
PLEASE NOTE
There are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday so if ordering on a Friday on a 24hr Express Service, delivery will be Monday.
6.1 PASSING OF RISK
Peak Leisure bears no risk once the package has been received by the consumer. Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
This is not a guarantee and Peak Leisure have the right to refuse any application. Any refund/exchange given is at the discretion of the management of Peak Leisure. Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution.
7. RETURNS PROCEDURE
The customer has 7 working days to notify us of their intent to cancel or return the goods purchased. Cancellation requests must be either by email to [email protected] or in writing.
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected.
7.1 If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 7.2, below. Peak Leisure will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.
7.2 The Customer must send all returns as soon as possible;

If you require a refund/exchange, please do not open the goods. It is advisable that a certificate of posting is obtained.
7.3 In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Peak Leisure before the refund or replacement can be issued.
7.4 In cases where the customer does not sign for the goods on delivery or for whatever reason, they are not accepted by the customer and returned, we will offer either to re-send the package (which will incur the original shipping charges again), or to refund the original payment.

9. PRIVACY POLICY
Please note, credit card details are not retained. The only information stored is a customer's transaction history, name, address & e-mail address. These may be used for marketing purposes by Peak Leisure or any associated companies. Customers will not be sent 'spam' e-mail. Should any customer not want their details used for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box at the checkout or request to be removed at [email protected]
10. LICENCE AGREEMENT
The Customer shall respect all licence agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Peak Leisure cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party. All trademarks shown on www.peakleisuredirect.co.uk belong to their registered owners and must not be copied without prior permission.
11. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
